Handmade means handmade
Every flower is twisted by hand, so no two are ever exactly alike. Small variations in petal shape, colour, and stem length are part of the charm, not a defect.
Orders & custom work
Ready-made pieces ship in 2–3 business days. Custom bouquets take 1–3 weeks depending on size. We confirm timelines in writing before we start.
Care & longevity
With basic care (no direct sunlight, gentle dusting), Soft Florals will look gorgeous for years. They are decorative objects. Please keep them away from children under 3 and pets who love to chew.
Liability
We love our little flowers, but we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by misuse, rough handling, or attempts to water them like real flowers (please do not).
Checkout, delivery & pickup
When you place an order through our checkout, you confirm that your delivery address and contact details are correct. Pickup orders are arranged privately by message once your order is placed. Payment and final confirmation happen after Christine reviews your order.
